Nissan Philippines is on a roll this year when it comes to its after-sales services. In January 2020, the Japanese company announced the Service on Wheels program, which offers a mobile solution for Nissan customers who need services and repairs outside the showroom. It’s the perfect way to enhance the company’s presence in the after-sales regime, but it seems like Nissan isn’t stopping at that.
From February 4 to March 31, 2020, Nissan Philippines is offering free service checkups for its customers. The offer is available at all Nissan dealerships across the country and covers checkups on air-conditioning, brakes, and suspension.
Furthermore, Nissan Philippines is also offering a 10% discount on spare parts and labor including cabin filters, evaporators, brake pads, and shock absorbers. The discount applies to Nissan vehicles purchased from 2014 onwards, which include Nissan Navara, Nissan Terra, Nissan Almera, Nissan Urvan, Nissan Sylphy, and Nissan Juke. The vehicle owner should present a sales invoice showing the purchase date to the participating dealers in order to avail of the discount offer. Those who will have their Nissan vehicles repaired will also be entitled to a free car wash.
Of note, the Patrol Royale and GT-R are both excluded from the said promo.
Buying a Nissan vehicle means a partnership for life, and this promo is part of our commitment to serving our clients through our key pillars: Products, Service, Customer Experience, and People.
Najima-san also pointed out that the promotion would be beneficial to those who have been affected by the Taal Volcano eruption. He also wants its customers to know that Nissan supports the vehicles even after rolling out of the showrooms.
