Nissan Philippines is updating its popular Terra model for 2024, which includes new technology and safety features, making the Terra an even better choice for drivers in the Philippines.
Nissan Philippines has been a big name in the local car market since it started in 2014. The company aims to bring good quality cars to Filipino drivers and has become one of the leading car brands in the country, which may be in line with Nissan's global plan of delivering 'Innovation that Excites' to various markets.
The 2024 Terra is getting some huge updates. The Terra VE 4x2 AT model now comes with Nissan's Intelligent Mobility features, which includes a camera system called the Intelligent Around View Monitor (IAVM), a Blind Spot Warning (BSW) to alert drivers about other vehicles they might not see, and a Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA) for safer reversing. Other features like the Intelligent Rear View Mirror (IRVM), Forward Collision Warning, Emergency Braking, Lane Departure Warning, and Driver Alertness features are part of the update, too. The VE 4x2 AT also gets a new Electronic Parking Brake and 4-wheel Disc Brakes.
Higher-end models of the Terra, like the VL and Sport in both 4x2 AT and 4x4 AT setups, are now fitted with a 9-inch Advanced Touchscreen Display Audio and an 8-speaker Bose Premium Sound System, which means better sound and easier control of the car's features!
The new 2024 Nissan Terra is available at Nissan dealerships around the country. Here are the prices for the different models:
EL 4x2 MT: Php 1,729,000
VE 4x2 AT: Php 1,969,000
VL 4x2 AT: Php 2,119,000
VL 4x4 AT: Php 2,409,000
SPORT 4x2 AT: Php 2,179,000
SPORT 4x4 AT: Php 2,469,000
(Aspen Pearl White color costs an extra Php 15,000.)
Juan Manuel Hoyos, the President of Nissan Philippines, believes that these upgrades make the Terra a leading choice for drivers looking for a safe and modern vehicle.
"With the expanded availability of Nissan Intelligent Mobility features, the updates brought to the Terra lineup showcase Nissan's dedication to bringing safe and innovative vehicles to its customers."
