Having a car serviced usually means that you have to waste precious time at the dealership or car shop. With this, Nissan Philippines Inc. (NPI) has its 30-minute guaranteed Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) called Nissan Express Service.
Customers can use the online "Book-A-Mechanic" system, which can be found on NPI's official website, and have their vehicles serviced within 30 minutes or the labor fee will be waived. Alternatively, clients can reserve their slots through the 24/7 Nissan Customer Assistance Center (NCAC).
Nissan owners who choose to book online will have to fill up the job order form, select a date and time slot, and confirm their request on the email notification. Once a schedule has been successfully booked, a service bay with dedicated mechanics will be appointed to the customer during the selected date and time slot.
Within 30 minutes, a two-man team with specialized tools and equipment will perform a 35-point check-up on the vehicle. Helping them stay on track and manage the workload is a computerized digital planning system.
In case something out of the planned service is found, such as mechanical or electrical problems, the customer will be informed of the situation and the 30 minute time frame may be void. Furthermore, customers may choose to pay with cash or online via debit card, credit card, and voucher.
According to NPI, the Nissan Express Service will be available for vehicles sold via official NPI dealerships – except for the Patrol and GT-R due to its different, more technical servicing process.
The Nissan Express Service is available for PMS only and is currently available in the following Nissan dealerships in the Philippines:
Metro Manila: Nissan Ortigas, Nissan Westgate Alabang, Nissan Shaw Mandaluyong, Nissan Mantrade Pasong Tamo, Nissan North EDSA, Nissan Quezon Ave., Nissan Sucat, Nissan Commonwealth
Luzon: Nissan Dasmariñas, Nissan Southwoods, Nissan Lipa, Nissan Baliwag, Nissan Santa Rosa, Nissan Marilao
Visayas: Nissan Bacolod, Nissan Iloilo, Nissan Cebu South, Nissan Cebu Central, Nissan Cebu
