Nissan Philippines

Nissan Philippines, Inc. (NPI) is moving forward with a fresh round of dealer appointments, bringing in new partners to serve customers across Metro Manila, Cavite, and select areas in the Visayas and Mindanao. The move is part of the company's broader push to sharpen its dealer network and raise the bar on both sales and after-sales service for Filipino car owners.

According to NPI, the reshuffling is not just about expanding coverage. The company is also making sure that incoming dealers meet its standards for customer service, operational performance, and brand consistency. It's a fairly deliberate process, and NPI seems intent on getting it right rather than rushing it.

"Nissan Philippines is committed to building a dealer network that delivers the best possible ownership experience for every Nissan customer. These new partnerships reflect our confidence in the Philippine market and our long-term commitment to Filipino motorists. We are excited to work with Autohub Group, SVC Group, Autocentral Group, and our forthcoming partners to bring Nissan's world-class products and services to even more communities across the country. "

For existing Nissan owners who might be wondering what this means for them, NPI is keeping things straightforward. Warranties, service agreements, and other customer commitments stay intact throughout the transition. Customers will be migrated to their new dealer partners without any break in service, and all personal data will be handled in line with the Data Privacy Act. Individual notifications from incoming dealer partners are also on the way.

NPI says the handover process is already underway and expects everything to be wrapped up within the next few weeks. By all accounts, it's business as usual for Nissan in the Philippines.
