Nissan is preparing for the Japan Mobility Show 2025 by giving us a sneak peek of their new models, electric vehicles, and smart technology for future driving needs. The booth will feature world premieres, model updates, and interactive displays to show how Nissan is planning to move forward under its Re:Nissan strategy.
The LEAF will be shown along with other electric vehicles from different markets, including the Micra (built for Europe) and the N7 sedan (built for China). Nissan says this shows their plan to create EVs that match what drivers want in each country. All of this is part of their Re:Nissan plan, which focuses on building new models and working with local partners.
Nissan will also show the fourth-generation Elgrand minivan and a refreshed version of the Ariya EV crossover. The Elgrand, powered by Nissan’s latest e-POWER tech, is coming to Japan next year. It features a new design, advanced safety tools, and added comfort for families. Meanwhile, the Ariya will launch later this fiscal year in Japan with a more refined design, new infotainment powered by Google, and upgraded suspension suited for Japanese roads.
Other vehicles at the booth include the all-new Roox Kei car and the Patrol SUV, giving visitors a full picture of Nissan’s model lineup. Nissan will also show its Formula E race car, which won the Season 11 driver’s title, as proof of its electric performance on the track. Visitors can also check out the Nissan Energy experience, which highlights how EVs can be used beyond driving. Through tools like Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Vehicle-to-Home (V2H), Nissan shows how its EVs can power home devices or help reduce energy use from the grid.
Another vehicle on display is a prototype of a self-driving shuttle based on the Nissan Serena. Nissan plans to test it around their Yokohama headquarters starting in November to help make transport easier for Japan’s older population.
When the show opens to the public on October 31, the Nissan booth will feature more Japan-only models, including the 2026 Skyline 400R Limited Edition, the new X-Trail Rock Creek version, and the Fairlady Z sports car. The future of Nissan EVs is looking exciting, especially with their Japan Mobility Show lineup. It’s still a wait-and-see for our local market, but feel free to browse Nissan’s current offerings on AutoDeal.com.ph.
