Instead of spending time and money adding the usual stuff, Ford just added it for you. Ford Philippines is adding more value to its pickup lineup with the new Ranger XL+. The new version builds on the Ranger XL, but now comes with extra features already included, something many owners used to get as separate add-ons.
The Ranger XL+ comes with a bed liner, side steps, and retractable cup holders—three useful accessories that make the truck more convenient and ready for daily use or long trips. These features improve both the look and function of the pickup, making it easier to use right out of the dealership.
For just an extra P10,000 on top of the regular Ranger XL price, the XL+ adds more value. These upgrades are all genuine Ford accessories and are already installed when you buy the unit. It also comes with a free five-year warranty, so customers can enjoy more peace of mind. The Ranger XL+ is priced at P1.2M and is available in Absolute Black, Arctic White, and Aluminum Metallic.
The added bed liner helps with cargo loading and protects the truck bed from damage, scratches, and heavy items. It also gives the rear of the truck a cleaner, tougher look. The side steps make it easier to hop in and out of the truck, especially since this is a 4x4 variant with higher ground clearance. The steps also help reduce dirt and damage to the doors and lower body. Inside, the retractable cup holders offer a better way to keep drinks in place, which helps avoid spills and keeps the truck clean. It’s a small feature that makes a big difference for both drivers and passengers.
Under the hood, the Ranger XL+ is powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbodiesel engine paired with a 4x4 drivetrain and a 6-speed transmission. It also has a double wishbone front suspension and leaf spring rear suspension. On the outside, it keeps the Ranger’s tough look with its black grille, reflector headlamps, and wide body design. Inside, it includes a 10-inch portrait touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, making it easy to stay connected on the road.
Ford Philippines Director Ryan Lorenzo shared that many Ranger buyers usually install bed liners and side steps after getting their truck. That’s why they decided to offer the Ranger XL+ with those already built in, so customers can drive off with everything ready. Ford just made the Ranger XL+ more ready for the road with built-in features buyers usually add later. Check out the full Ford lineup, including the Ranger XL+, on AutoDeal.com.ph.
