After-sales does play a major factor among several car buyers today, that’s why Mazda pioneered its renowned YOJIN3 free 3-year preventive maintenance program in order to enlighten the overall Mazda experience. With such great success garnered from this service program, the Japanese automotive brand has then extended this glorious package up to 5-years. Yes, they’ve done it and we’re not joking. Mazda is now offering this 5-Year Free Service Plan all its vehicles bought from April 2020 onwards.
Do take note that this is not a short-term promo, as it is now standard for all brand new Mazdas. So for the usual flow of this program, the vehicle’s service intervals are every six months or 10,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.
Notably, it is indeed a money-saving experience, given that Mazda owners can save at approximately P90,000 to P150,000 in total financial costs. Plus, they don’t have to worry about the vehicle parts throughout five years. On the other hand, the warranty and 24-hour emergency roadside assistance remain at three years or 100,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.
In order to further emphasize the positives, Mazda vehicles won’t be having any increase in its current pricing. It shows that the 5-Year Free Service Plan will not pass any sort of additional cost to the consumer, which is indeed a good thing.
This revolutionary program has been appreciated and enjoyed by several owners since 2013. The result, Mazda Philippines ranked number one in the J.D. Power Philippines Customer Service Index Study for two times, specifically in 2016 and 2019. This is all thanks to its customer-centric after-sales.
Its extended service program should further entice numerous buyers to purchase a brand new Mazda because buying any of its esteemed line of vehicles does not only give them that driver-centric and fun experience, rather owners also get that peace of mind in maintaining their beloved Mazda.
