After the big reveal of its range for the local market in May this year, Volkswagen Philippines now takes part in the 7th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) with 11 vehicles displayed, including the three latest variants that are expected to roll out of the Philippine market by December 2018.
Making its public appearance at the 2018 PIMS is the Santana model with two new variants: the 1.5MPI automatic transmission Trendline that’s covered in Polar White, while the Comfortline is painted in Deep Black with Blaupunkt radio and 17-inch alloy wheels.
Also on display are two Santana GTS 1.5 MPI AT Comfortline, showcased in Polar White and Red Rock integrated with Blaupunkt radio and 17-inch alloy wheels.
Moreover, the upscale sedan Lamando 280 TSI DSG Highline is on exhibit in Misano Red color.
Completing the squad of elegant German cars are the two Santana 1.4 MT Trendline subcompact sedans, two Lavida 230 TSI DSG Comfortline sedans, and an appealing black Tiguan 280 TSI DSG Comfortline.
Apart from Volkswagen’s passenger vehicle models, there’s also a customized Crafter 35L 2.0 TDI MT premium passenger van exhibited at the event that screams class, comfort, and style. This sophisticated van is accessorized with Smart LED TV, six captain’s chair seats, wood vinyl floors, premium carpets, Focal audio speakers, window blinds, mood and drop lights, and a step board. Talk about luxury and convenience.

As you roam around the area, you won’t surely miss out the Volkswagen booth as it is situated at the center part of the hall. Its display area is designed with Filipiniana theme with nipa huts, while the visitors are treated with local delicacies. Sweet!
So, if you plan to treat yourself this weekend, you may check out these German beauties, and give them a test drive (and book your own!) at the 2018 PIMS being held at the World Trade Center, Pasay City until October 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
