Swedish carmaker Volvo has been working closely with Polestar in creating high-performance versions of their vehicles for 20 years now. To better transcend this partnership to their loyal consumers, they’ve recently introduced a new line of products known as Polestar Performance Parts.
These upgrades, that are crafted under the “made to perform” philosophy, will be initially offered for the Volvo S60, V60, V40, and XC60 nameplates. The product line includes parts for the exterior and interior design, framework, wheels, and exhaust not only add oomph to the said vehicles, it also enhances their looks and driving feel. What’s even better is that consumers can either purchase these products per set or as a complete package.
We have received strong feedback over a long period of time from customers all over the world regarding Polestar Performance Parts. We are delighted to be able to meet the demand, starting from today. This is a product improving on the already strong base of Volvo cars in terms of performance, handling and driving pleasure," said Niels Möller, Chief Operating Officer of Polestar.
To boost things up a notch, Polestar has their Performance Optimization option readily available. Like the Performance Parts line, these too can be bought per piece or as a whole. Polestar made sure that their products are designed and developed to not tamper with the car’s warranty as these comply with Volvo’s high standards for proper operation and perfect fit and finish.
While these new products are still out there overseas, the chance of them being available in the Philippines is possible. All that’s needed is for Volvo’s official local distributor, Scandinavian Motors Corporation (SMC), to give it a go.
