Another month has passed, yet the Ford Ranger managed to keep its shields up as it remained the American blue oval brand’s undefeated royalty. This pickup truck has been consistently attracting buyers since January this year, proving its power in the local automotive market.
With a leading sales of 875 vehicles sold in September, the Ranger boosted the year-to-date sales to 13 percent. In total, this powerful pickup has already accumulated 8,491 this year. Driving behind the brand’s king is the Everest. This well-loved mid-size SUV pumped up the las month’s sales performance with an impressive 421 units sold. This figure improved the Everest’s year-to-date sales to 4,400 vehicles.
Completing the Ford’s best trio is the EcoSport, which managed to achieve the 334 vehicle sales this September. This record has pulled the strings on the year-to-date sales of the mini-SUV with 4,323 retail sales.
Aside from those three kings, the new Mustang has also gathered a noteworthy 32 vehicles sales. These numbers have improved the year-to-date sales to 17 percent, which is equivalent to 346 vehicles.
Just to keep you updated, the Ford has recently launched its new Ranger lineup in the country last month with nine different variants to choose from to answer the growing market demand. The new vehicle lineup now includes the first-ever Ranger Raptor, Wildtrak, XLT and XLS options. With the exciting arrival of the highly anticipated Ranger Raptor in the Philippine shore last month, as well as the other variants, the American marque hopes for a stronger sales performance for the following months.
“We remain optimistic for the remainder of the year with our refreshed vehicle line-up that is helping drive a lot of traffic to our Ford showrooms across the country.”
