If you've been waiting for more EV options in the Philippines, this might be the one for you. Lynk & Co has just taken a huge step forward in the Philippines by introducing its first-ever electric vehicle at this year’s Manila International Auto Show. The brand rolled out the 02 EV crossover, its newest model that adds a full-electric option to its local lineup of gas and hybrid cars.
The 02 measures 4,460 mm long, 1,845 mm wide, and 1,573 mm tall, putting it in the same size range as compact electric crossovers like the BYD Atto 3. However, what makes it stand out is its smooth, low-drag shape, closed-off front, and clean body lines that help save energy and improve range. It also has flush door handles, frameless windows, and stylish LED lighting details at the front and back.
Powering the 02 is a rear-mounted electric motor with 272 hp and 343 Nm of torque. A 66 kWh battery supports the motor and offers up to 435 kilometers of driving range. Charging options include AC charging up to 11 kW and DC fast charging up to 150 kW.
Inside, the 02 feels just as modern. A large 15.4-inch touchscreen handles most of the cabin controls, paired with a 10.2-inch digital instrument display. It also comes with Harman Kardon speakers and ambient lighting to keep the ride comfortable and connected. The cabin is built around a flat-bottom steering wheel and clean layout, making use of the vehicle’s space smartly.

Performance-wise, the Lynk & Co 02 is fast and confident on the road, with a 0–100 km/h time of just 5.5 seconds, which also uses a fully independent suspension system, ventilated disc brakes, and rides on 19-inch wheels. For safety, the 02 is packed with 16 advanced driver assistance features powered by five cameras, 12 sensors, and five radars.
Aside from the 02 EV, Lynk & Co also gave the public a first look at its upcoming 08 SUV. While full details were not yet shared, the upcoming SUV seems to be a bigger model with more space and technology. The 02 EV, which is already priced at PHP 1.788 million, gets a PHP 50,000 discount if booked during MIAS, bringing the price down to PHP 1.738 million.
