The enhanced community quarantine and its extension have resulted in many car dealerships temporarily closing down. The same is true for SsangYong Philippines and its Auto Asia dealership network nationwide. The temporary closure has resulted in the halt of all service operations and has since been suspended indefinitely until further notice. The Korean brand states that once the quarantine is lifted all service-related requirements will be attended and dealership operations will resume as normal.
In order to make it easier for its customers, SsangYong Philippines is offering vehicle owners who live within 100km distance of its Sta. Rosa dealership and want to avail of periodic maintenance services (PMS) after the enhanced community quarantine may schedule for the brand’s Mobile Service van. The service van can be sent to either the client’s home or office to perform the PMS on their SsangYong vehicle.

If interested customers want to avail of the service they can simply contact the Sta Rosa dealership via its customer hotline or email address. Clients that live too far from the Sta. Rosa dealership can also contact the Korean brand’s other dealerships near to them to ensure that they can secure a PMS as soon as the quarantine period lifts.
The enhanced community quarantine placed on the country has sent many dealerships and car companies to temporarily close. During this period, all non-essential services have been stopped. The result is many shops that specialize in vehicle maintenance and services have been shut down and many vehicle owners can’t have their PMS done. With the implementation of warranty extensions and PMS scheduling, it ensures that these vehicles will remain operational and will remain in top condition once the quarantine period has been lifted. Keeping to your preventative maintenance schedule will not only keep your vehicle in top condition it can also help you save money from major repairs that might happen if your vehicle isn’t well maintained.
