Toyota Motor Philippines offers you a different taxi riding experience in Cebu thanks to its partnership with Orge Transporation Incorporated (OTI). As part of the brand’s support to the national government’s Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) modernization program, and to provide a better transportation experience for the public, the automaker and OTI launched in Cebu the Silver and Gold premium taxi service that comprises a fleet of 100 Toyota Innova units and 50 customized Toyota Hiace Commuter Deluxe models. The vehicles are part of the partnership’s initial high-grade lineup for the taxi service.
The Innova gives the commuter the versatility of an MPV, allowing it to carry both cargo and multiple passengers at the same time. Couple this with its powerful turbo-diesel engine and great fuel economy figures, and you get a vehicle that makes for an ideal partner for those looking to get into the transport service business.
The Hiace, on the other hand, offers more room for passengers and cargo which is ideal for those in big groups who travel to the same destinations. Like its MPV sibling, the Toyota van also boasts a powerful turbo-diesel engine under the hood and great fuel economy figures to match. This also makes the vehicle an ideal choice for transport service operators, as the brand behind it is known for its parts availability, durability, and reliability.
It is of great honor that we were chosen by Ogre Premium Taxi as their partner in mobility in bringing a new riding experience to the public
Lo further adds that he is grateful for the experience of being partners with Orge Transport Incorporated in delivering happiness to commuters and by bringing them safely to their destinations.
With Toyota’s known quality, durability, and reliability, Cebuano commuters, as well as tourists on the island, now have the option of premium travel around Cebu. Premium travel that is not only safe but also, and more importantly, comfortable as well.
