Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines Inc. (CCBPI), has tapped Toyota Motor Philippines and its leasing partner Orix Rental Corporation (ORC) to provide new vehicles for the beverage maker’s personnel. The aim of the tie-up is to further strengthen the already extensive fleet of the CCBPI to further meet the needs of the growing Philippine market.
Through the partnership, the CCBPI has procured over 200 Toyota vehicles which consist of the Toyota Wigo, Toyota Vios, and the Toyota Hilux. With the addition of these new models, it will ensure that the beverage company’s associates will be well equipped with the proper tools to achieve their personal and business goals.
The procurement of these vehicles is part of Coca-Cola’s Tools of the Trade refresh initiative – wherein older vehicles will be decommissioned and replaced with newer ones. For the new fleet’s upkeep, the CCBPI has entered a full operating lease agreement with the Orix Rental Corporation. The agreement will facilitate the periodic maintenance services, insurance, and overall management of the new vehicles.
