Toyota Motor Philippines launched a new additional variant to its beloved subcompact sedan, the Vios. The new variant dubbed the XLE, slots right between the XE and E variants. This gives prospective buyers more options to choose from that can fit almost any budget. The starting price of the XLE variant is P791,000 for the manual transmission and P841,000 for the CVT variant.
What you get in the XLE variant is more value for the money-oriented package. It comes standard with driver, passenger, and knee airbags, 4-beam halogen headlamps, 15-inch alloy wheels, and a 7-inch touchscreen display with Weblink for smartphone mirroring. It also comes with power door locks, power side-view mirrors, stability control, and hill start assist. The trim-level only comes with a 1.3-liter engine but gives the buyer the option to go with either a CVT or a 5-speed manual transmission.
Toyota is introducing the Vios XLE to give our customers the freedom of choice on how they want to purchase and modify their cars.
Arevalo continues by saying that the new variant combines affordability and style without the need to sacrifice everyday practicality. She dubbs the new benefits of the XLE variant as the “XLE Advantage.”
The “XLE Advantage” offers buyers two bundles that they can choose from. Option A is a cash discount of P35,000. It also comes with accessory options worth P40,000. The accessory package includes an array of various interior and exterior add-ons. Owners can even choose to mix-and-match Vios accessory packages that include but are not limited to: Daytime Running Lights, LED fog lamps, back-up camera, aero kits, and select TRD pieces with 17-inch alloy wheels.
Option B, on the other hand, is a zero downpayment financing scheme. Both of the options come with a 5-year extended warranty and free preventative maintenance service up to 20,000 kilometers.
