Hot on the heels (or should I say, wheels) of the release of its latest products, Volkswagen Philippines has added another reason to purchase the Santana, Lavida, and Tiguan. If you’ve been eyeing these vehicles since the local debut, and are still on the fence, then you may want to know that Volkswagen is offering free preventive maintenance services (PMS) for the first year of ownership or 10,000km, whichever comes first.
To avail of this promo, the catch is that you must reserve a new Santana, Lavida, or Tiguan between July 2 to July 4 at the special Volkswagen display area at the SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City; July 3 to July 9 at SM City Cebu in Cebu City; and, July 5 to July 11 at SM North EDSA in Quezon City.
The existing warranty coverage for the Santana, Lavida, and Tiguan are set at three years of 100,000km, whichever comes first, with Volkswagen Philippines also offering a three-year warranty for paint and another three-year warranty for thorough-corrosion of the main steel body structure. The existing PMS interval is once a year, or every 10,000 kms, whichever comes first. This is more convenient and more cost-efficient compared to the industry-standard 5,000-km PMS interval.
Already pretty competitive in pricing and features, Volkswagen’s latest products tailored to fit the Philippine market should be something to look at if you’re in the market for a new car. We were able to take the Santana out for a few days and we can see why it is successful in other markets. More on that in our review, of course, but a brand new Volkswagen with worry free first year PMS? That could very well be your ticket to ownership.
After reservation, customers may redeem their coupons for their free 1st year PMS (or 10,000 kms, whichever comes first) at all eight Volkswagen Philippines dealerships: Volkswagen BGC at 938 28th Street City Center, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City; Volkswagen Quezon Avenue at 1229 Quezon Avenue, Quezon City; Volkswagen Alabang at Caltex along Alabang-Zapote Road, Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City; Volkswagen Greenfield District Service Center at 833 Sheridan Street, Barangay Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City; Volkswagen Pampanga at McArthur Highway, Dolores, City of San Fernando, Pampanga; Volkswagen Cebu at A. Soriano Avenue, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City; Volkswagen Iloilo (upper ground level of SM Iloilo along Benigno Aquino Sr. Avenue), and Volkswagen Bacolod (along Araneta Street, Singcang, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental).
