The Volkswagen Santana undoubtedly received great reviews not only from us but generally from the rest of the motoring media. It was a pleasure to drive, and frankly, a lot of us were surprised as to how plenty the P686,000-car could offer.
If you’ve been wanting to test the Santana yourself, you can certainly do so via Volkswagen Philippines’ dealerships or you can also rent one of Santana units that the company turned over to Diamond Rent-a-Car (DRAC), the country’s pioneering and largest car rental company in terms of revenues.
Recently, Volkswagen PH delivered 11 units of the German subcompact sedan to the car rental company to add to its wide range of sedans, SUVs, and even light commercial trucks. DRAC offers daily, weekly, and monthly rental services, while also servicing 300 of the top corporation in the country for their mobility needs. DRAC also offers long-term full operating lease and lease-to-own rentals, as well as a dedicated auto servicing shop for the repair and maintenance of its vehicles.
DRAC offers the most comprehensive one-stop solution to Filipinos’ car rental and fleet management needs since 1977. The addition of the Santana adds diversity to its fleet and more options for its clientele who wishes to experience something new and different. The car rental company will also enjoy the Santana’s three-year warranty coverage (or 100,000 km, whichever comes first), as well as the three-year warranty for paint and another three-year warranty for through-corrosion of the main steel body structure.
DRAC’s headquarters is located along West Service Road in Paranaque. It also has branches in Festival Mall in Alabang, Muntinlupa; SM Center in Pasig City; SM Clark in Angeles City, Pampanga; Calamba in Laguna province; SM Iloilo; SM Cebu; and SM Davao.
