At the end of each fiscal year, Ford Philippines gathers all of its dealers from Metro Manila and the Province (which now reaches 36 in total) so they could give them due recognition for their exemplary performance.
The annual Ford Dealer Convention awards dealers in the areas of sales, service, and customer satisfaction. And based on all their performance for the whole of 2014, the top prize of 'Dealer of the Year' for Metro Manila was given to Ford Manila Bay. What makes this accolade even more special is the fact that this particular dealership only opened a year and a half ago, making it one of the newest in the country.
Meanwhile, the award of 'Dealership of the Year' for Provincial was presented to Ford Iloilo. In contrast to newcomers like Ford Manila Bay, this is Ford Iloilo's third consecutive win for this prestigious award.
Ford Philippines also recognized other top performers for the year, such as Ford Global City who was Metro Manila's 'Top Selling Dealer' for the Focus, EcoSport, Everest, Mustang, Explorer, Expedition, and E-150. Mind you, they were also the 'Top Selling Dealer for Fleet Sales' last year.
Meanwhile, Ford Alabang was the 'Top Selling Dealer' in the metro for the Fiesta and Ranger.
As for Provincial dealerships, Ford Cainta was 2014's 'Top Selling Dealer' for the Fiesta, Ford Pampanga for the Focus and Explorer, Ford Cebu for the EcoSport, Ford Cavite for the Everest, and Ford Davao for the Ranger.
“We are truly proud of our dealerships and their hard work, delivering outstanding record-breaking results in 2014. They are the driving force in fulfilling our brand promise to ‘Go Further’ and they play a key role in our success in 2015,” said Minnie Valencia-Bustamante, Vice President for Marketing and Sales.
Ford Philippines also recognized the hard working people behind the dealerships. The top awards were given to Andrew Dinglasan of Ford Manila Bay as 'Branch Head of the Year', Richie Xavier of Ford Global City as 'General Sales Manager of the Year', and Francisco Dela Cruz of the ANC Group as 'General Manager of the Year' for the second year in a row.
Congratulations and keep up the good work, guys!
As of this date, Ford operates 36 dealerships nationwide, owned and managed by 6 dealer principals.
