Following the debut of the BR-V 7-seater crossover at the 6th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS), Honda has launched a ‘Nationwide Tour’ to showcase its newest model.
The company announced that the BR-V will be on display on selected malls and Honda dealerships. This tour will allow interested individuals to take a closer look at the BR-V’s exterior design and interior features.
Similar to other 7-seater crossover vehicles, the BR-V has a 3-row seating configuration (2+3+2). This vehicle also comes with a 7-inch entertainment system and rear air conditioning. On the other hand, top-of-the-line variant comes with Push Start button, leather seats, and Garmin navigation system.
Powering the BR-V is a 1.5L inline 4-cylinder i-VTEC gasoline engine that delivers 120 hp and 145 Nm of torque. It is paired to a continuous variable transmission (CVT) which drives the front wheels.
Locally, the BR-V is available in 2 variants: the 1.5 S and the 1.5 V Navi (top variant). Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) is now accepting reservations for the BR-V but the official pricing has yet to be confirmed. As of this writing, the indicative price of the 2017 BR-V are as follows: 1.5 S CVT (P1,000,000); 1.5 V Navi CVT (P1,150,000).
