Isuzu Cagayan De Oro (CDO) took the spotlight as they bagged the 2015 Dealer of the Year Award (DOYA). Besides winning the award for the 7th time, they also received several other recognitions seen below.
The award was given during a recent ceremony led by Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) President Hajime Koso and Executive Vice President Takashi Tomita. Present in the event were dealership representatives, including Isuzu CDO President and General Manager Frank Rolida.
Following the DOYA recognition, Isuzu CDO also bagged the Sales Team of the Year award. Moreover, they found themselves in 2nd place behind Isuzu Bulacan in the Best in Service Operations title. Isuzu Makati took 3rd.
When it comes to excelling in Sales Operations, Isuzu Alabang claimed the top spot with Isuzu Mandaue and Isuzu CDO in 2nd and 3rd places respectively. In addition, IPC also gave Isuzu Mandaue’s Yuri Abalo the Top Sales Executive of the Year award.
For the Best in Parts Operations, Isuzu Batangas stood atop. They were followed by Isuzu Iloilo in 2nd place and Isuzu Manila in 3rd.
Those who worked hard to score high on Customer Satisfaction were also given proper merits. The top winners in this field are Isuzu Cabanatuan (1st place), Isuzu San Pablo (2nd place), and Isuzu CDO (3rd place). Lastly, a special award was bestowed onto Isuzu Cavite for being the Most Improved Dealership in terms of sales.
“This goes to show that the every IPC dealership complies and goes beyond the usual customer service that many car dealers miss. We will try to make sure all our dealerships are up to these standards to give only the best for our clients,” said Koso as he encourages the entire IPC workforce to strive just as great, or even greater this 2016.
