Changan Automobile Co., Ltd., a Chinese state-owned automotive manufacturer based in Jiangbei, Chongqing, was established in 1862, making it the oldest automobile producer in China. Presently, it sits among China's "Big Four" state-owned car manufacturers.

Changan Philippines is under the charge of Inchcape, a global automotive distributor chosen by Changan International Corporation. The distribution activities are managed by Inchcape Philippines, a collaborative venture between Inchcape and the CATS Group of Companies.

Currently, Changan’s range consists of a sedan and a diverse array of crossovers. The Changan lineup consists of the Alsvin, CS35 Plus, CS55 Plus, Uni-K, Uni-T, and the brand’s first seven-seater crossover, the X7 Plus. Under the Changan Nevo sub-brand, Changan introduced its range of new-energy vehicles consisting of hybrids and full EVs such as the Nevo Hunter, the Nevo Q05, and the Nevo Lumine.
