Omoda, a rising star in the automotive industry, is a visionary brand that aims to be synonymous with innovation, luxury, and fashion. According to its parent company, Chery, the Omoda brand is aimed at customers who are part of the "Fashion Elite", a group of fashion-oriented customers that are "dynamic, avantgarde, and fashion-centric"

This “fashion-centric” approach is reflected in Omoda’s lineup of cars. Their inaugural lineup in the country consists of the Omoda 5 and Omoda E5. The design of both crossovers is inspired by a design language Omoda calls “Art in Motion.”

Omoda, alongside its sister brand Jaecoo, is relatively new to the automotive market with only two years under its belt. Its parent company, Chery, however, is a veteran with more than 20 years of experience. In addition, since 2002, Chery has consistently held the position of the leading exporter of Chinese brand passenger vehicles. In 2021, the company exported 269,154 vehicles, followed by a remarkable increase to 451,337 vehicles in 2022. Notably, in May 2023, Chery achieved its highest-ever monthly export record, shipping out 74,056 vehicles. So, despite its fresh new face, the Omoda brand has the experience and skill to bring forth a lineup of quality cars.

Beyond producing vehicles, Omoda is introducing the "O-Universe," a concept described by the company as an encompassing ecosystem tailored for their car owners.

As mentioned before, Omoda’s vehicles are tailored around captivating a demographic that is youthful, self-reliant, and driven, cultivating a community of car enthusiasts affectionately termed "Omoders" by the brand. Omoda aims to align with the aspirations of its customers, intending to seamlessly intertwine various facets of their lives through access to exclusive perks and deals.
