The Changan CS75 Plus is one of the three crossovers that the brand has brought into the Philippines. It features seating for five and comes feature packed with technology that isn't normally found in its class. The crossover comes powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine that features excellent power for its size. It also comes with a 360-degree camera, panoramic sunroof, and a 12-inch infotainment system along with cruise control and 6-airbags for added safety.
Platform, Chassis and Powertrain
The Changan CS75 Plus rides on a unibody chassis and features a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine. The powerplant produces 176hp and 265 Nm of torque that sends power to the front wheels via a 6-speed automatic transmission. It comes with a Macpherson front suspension along with a multi-link set up at the rear. Stopping power comes from ventilated disc brakes at the front and solid disc brakes at the rear. The CS75 Plus also comes with three driving mode options which come in the form of Eco, Normal, or Sport.
Technology Features
The Changan CS75 Plus comes with a 7-inch digital instrument cluster as well as a 12-inch multimedia system that also gives you a live image feed from the 360-degree panoramic camera. The crossover also comes with an engine push start/ stop button along with a remote start feature to let you turn on the engine and air-conditioning system from the outside.
Interior
The single variant of the Changan CS75 Plus in the Philippines comes available with Nappa grain leather seats. It also comes with an automatic air conditioning system that provides all-around cooling for all occupants. It is also fitted with a PM0.1 grade compound anti-bacterial and anti-viral air filter that achieves 97.7% filtration of 0.3-micron particles. This gives the crossover the safety level of having an N95 mask.
Safety
In terms of safety, the CS75 Plus comes with 6-airbags as well as traction control, electronic stability control, hill hold control, hill descent control, a tire pressure monitor, an electric parking brake, and a 360-degree panoramic camea.
