The All-New GAC GN6 is GAC Philippines' entry-level MPV offering, positioned as an all-scenario seven-seater built for growing Filipino families. Targeting large entry-level families who need space, safety, and efficiency, the GN6 is engineered around real-world use, prioritizing maximum space efficiency and versatile configurations. It is powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine mated to a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission, and it slots in as the most accessible of three new GAC MPVs introduced to the Philippine market. It is offered in a single GX variant, fully equipped with a 14.6-inch touchscreen, a full ADAS suite, and a power sunroof as standard.
The All-New GAC GN6 officially launched in the Philippines on July 29, 2026, alongside the GAC E8 HEV and GAC GN8 PHEV Executive, giving Filipino consumers a three-tier MPV lineup from practical family transport to hybrid luxury and full-size executive comfort.
The GN6 measures 4,792 mm in length, 1,837 mm in width, and 1,750 mm in height, riding on a 2,810 mm wheelbase. Curb weight is 1,660 kg, and a 52-liter fuel tank is fitted. Trunk capacity ranges from 324 liters with all seven seats in use, expanding to 1,100 liters when the third-row seats are folded flat to the luggage floor — enough to accommodate up to 14 standard 20-inch suitcases.
Power comes from a 1.5-liter turbocharged 1TG engine producing 174 hp at 5,500 rpm and 270 Nm of torque from 1,400 to 4,500 rpm. Drive is sent to the front wheels through a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission (7WDCT). A single full tank can deliver an estimated driving range of up to 728 kilometers, averaging around 14 km/L. WLTC combined fuel consumption is rated at 7.22 liters per 100 km, and NEDC combined at 6.5 liters per 100 km. Top speed is 187 km/h.
Suspension is a MacPherson strut front and torsion beam rear setup, with disc brakes at both ends. Steering is electric power-assisted, and gear selection is via an electronic column-mounted shifter. The GN6 rolls on 215/55 R17 tires with alloy wheels, and a tire inflator is provided in place of a spare.
The GN6's infotainment system is a 14.6-inch multifunction touchscreen display paired with the 10.25-inch LCD instrument cluster. The system supports Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Bluetooth connectivity with audio streaming, and includes a 6-speaker audio setup. A 360-degree HD panoramic camera and rear parking sensors round out the technology package.
The GN6 carries a clean, upright MPV silhouette with auto LED headlamps, LED daytime running lights, and a license plate light as standard. Power-adjustable exterior mirrors are fitted, along with front fender garnishing. The power sunroof with power tilt, anti-pinch protection, and a sunshade is standard on the single GX variant. Heat-insulating green-tinted glass covers the front windshield, and the tailgate glass includes a defogger, defroster, and matching green-tinted heat insulation.
Inside, the GN6 seats seven across three rows. The driver's seat is 6-way power-adjustable, the front passenger adjusts 4-way manually, and the second row features independent captain's seats with 4-way manual adjustment and a single armrest per seat. The third row folds completely flat to the luggage floor when not in use. All rows include height-adjustable headrests. Seat material is PVC leather throughout, and the steering wheel is finished in microfiber leather with manual tilt and telescopic adjustment.
The instrument cluster is a 10.25-inch LCD digital display. Air conditioning is a front dual-zone automatic system for the first row, paired with a separate rear single-zone cooling manual electronic control for the second and third rows, with a dedicated rear A/C control panel. A PM1 filter element is also fitted for cabin air quality. The manually dimming interior rearview mirror is standard, and all four doors feature powered windows with anti-pinch protection. A power sunroof with sunshade is standard.
Convenience features include Passive Entry Passive Start (PEPS) for keyless access and ignition, a trunk courtesy light, and a tiered USB charging arrangement covering the front, second row, and third row. Front USB ports include one Type-C, one OTG USB, and one dedicated dashcam USB charging port. The second row gets one Type-C and one charging port, and the third row is served by two USB charging ports. A front 12V power outlet is also provided.
The GN6 is equipped with front dual SRS airbags, front side airbags (SAB), and side two-row integrated curtain airbags for broad occupant coverage. Audible and visual seatbelt reminders are provided for the front occupants, and the second-row seats include two ISOFIX child seat anchors with rear side door child locks.
Active safety systems include an Electronic Parking Brake with Auto Hold, ABS, Electronic Brakeforce Distribution, Electronic Stability Program, Hydraulic Brake Assist, Hill-Start Hold Control, Hill Descent Control, and Traction Control System. A Tire Pressure Monitoring System and Anti-Theft Alarm are also standard.
The ADAS suite is comprehensive for the segment: Adaptive Cruise Control, Traffic Jam Assist, Integrated Cruise Assist, Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Warning, High Beam Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, and Lane Departure Warning are all standard on the single GX variant.
