Geely Cars, SUVs, Pick-up Trucks, MPVs and Vans
Geely returns into the Philippine automotive market on September 25, 2019. Upon its re-entry, the Chinese company brought in the Coolray as one of the first few vehicles. The company initially launched several years ago and became popular in other regions of the Philippines especially in Visayas and Mindanao as taxi vehicles.
The current lineup of Geely consists of the Coolray but there are more vehicles going to be added next year. For now, the Coolray is the only model that the Chinese company is currently selling.
Geely has not discontinued any vehicles since its re-entry into the country. The company, however, dropped the previous lineup of cars that includes the Geely Emgrand and Geely LC.
Geely will be adding more models to its lineup. First on its list is the Atlas as well as a plug-in hybrid version of the Coolray. Expect these vehicles to come out in 2020.
For now, there are three trim levels in Geely’s lineup. Comfort is the base variant while Premium stands at the mid-tier level. The top-of-the-line variant carries the Sport name and differs with sporty additions to the body and a different color theme for the wheels. Some key tech features are also added to the range-topper.
