Lynk & Co 06 2025

The 06 made its official debut in the Philippine market on April 4, 2024, at the Manila International Auto Show. Alongside it are its stablemates the 05 and 01 crossovers. At launch, the 06 crossover was available in two variants, the 06 Hyper Pro with a launch price of P1,488,000, and the 06 Hyper Halo which came with a price tag of P1,598,000.

Under the hood, the Lynk & Co 06 packs a punch with its 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine, generating an impressive 178 hp and 290 Nm of torque. This powerplant is paired with a responsive seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, providing a balance between performance and efficiency for an engaging drive without the cons of extra fuel consumption.

Underneath, the 06 is built on Geely’s B-segment Modular Architecture (BMA) platform, a compact unibody platform it shares with the popular Geely Coolray. The 06 rides on a set of 20-inch alloy wheels equipped with disc brakes on all four corners. As for the suspension, the 06 has MacPherson struts up front while the rear gets a torsion beam rear suspension set up.

The 06 is equipped with numerous tech features to make driving easy and convenient. Standard features on the exterior consist of automatic headlamps, Follow Me Home - Headlamp Off Delay, and LED rear combination lamps. Exclusive to the Hyper Halo variant is a power tailgate. Inside, standard features include a four-way adjustable steering wheel, power-adjust driver's seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and keyless entry with keyless start.

Safety features include dual front, side, and curtain airbags, ESP9.3 Vehicle Stability Control System, HSA (Hill Start Assistance), ARP (Anti Roll-over Protection), rear parking sensors, a tire pressure sensor, a blind spot detection system, lane change assistance, rear cross-traffic alert, rear collision warning, and a 360-degree camera. The Hyper Halo gets more in terms of advanced driver aids, consisting of a forward collision warning, an autonomous emergency braking system, adaptive cruise control with queuing assistance, lane-keeping assistance, and a lane departure warning system.

The exterior design of the Lynk & Co 06 is characterized by its sleek silhouette and unconventional front fascia. The front bumper appears flat with a distinct horizontal grille that covers the entire width of the front fascia. The LED headlights also add to the 06’s unconventional styling with its placement on top of the hood rather than on the front of the bumper. 

At the back, the 06 sports a wide rear tailgate that features wraparound LED taillights with the brand name emblazoned in the middle. Giving the 06 a touch of sportiness is a pair of functional exhaust tips that are complemented by the black plastic bumper. 

Like the exterior, the Lynk & Co 06's interior is intuitively designed with futuristic touches combined with a sporty appearance. This combination of sportiness and contemporary design is apparent with the flat-bottomed steering wheel, the center console, and the floating touchscreen infotainment system. The cockpit is also designed to have controls in easy reach for the driver, with buttons laid vertically alongside the shifter close by the center stack where other knobs and buttons are located. 

At the back, the rear cabin continues the theme of sportiness with seats that are adequately bolstered and wrapped in supple leather. Charging ports and an extra vent for the rear passengers are located in the center for easy access.
