Launch
MG Philippines launched the MG5 Prestige at the 2026 Manila International Auto Show. Succeeding the MG 5 sedan, the Prestige was launched with one variant priced at P888,888. Colors available at launch consist of Diamond Red, Phantom Black Metallic, Cosmic Silver, and Dover White.
