We won't deny it. The Nissan Juke, which is a compact crossover meant to go up against the EcoSport, Trax, and i20 Cross Sport, is one weird-looking machine. But that's exactly what makes it so lovable and it's now on sale here in the Philippines.
With the hashtag #BuiltToStandOut screaming on its boot window, the new Nissan Juke took us on a long 6-hour drive to La Union. And we have to admit – it literally made heads turn and stood out among the vehicles that can be seen on the road today.
The Nissan Juke turned a lot of heads with its standout design when it was locally launched in late 2015. Besides its cool looks, this subcompact crossover is also one of the best equipped models in its class that made its P980,000 price tag so attractive to buyers. As a matter of fact, it was the most popular all-new model throughout Q1 of 2016 based on AutoDeal’s quarterly report.
Since its international launch in 2010, the Juke has sold more than 700,000 units in Europe alone. An important factor to its success was its bold and standout design that appealed to customers. To celebrate its design, Nissan decided to build a full-scale paper replica of the subcompact crossover.
