The all-new Rolls-Royce Cullinan is the brand’s first SUV and all-wheel drive vehicle to be launched – and it’s finally here in the Philippines. A name derived from the largest gem-quality rough diamond ever discovered, the Cullinan exhibits true luxury without sacrificing that good old off-road capability. The latest Cullinan incorporates the traditional Rolls-Royce as complemented by its strong yet angular body shape, which infuses that generic SUV ruggedness with luxury. Open its doors and you are immediately welcomed with a finely crafted cabin, executed with top-notch materials including high-quality leather, buttery smooth carpets, and supremely machined metal trim. There’s also the umbrella which pops out of from passenger doors, a Rolls-Royce thing, plus the rear-seat configuration could either be a three-seat ‘bench’ or a two-seat ‘captain’s chair’. Powering this beautiful monster is an athletic BMW twin-turbo V12 engine that produces a healthy 563 hp and 850 Nm torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. This combination promises to deliver pleasing and superb performance, with the Cullinan being able to reach 100km/h in just 5.2 seconds.
