The XPENG L03 is the brand's first SUV coupe offering for the Philippine market, and it arrives as one of the most technologically ambitious vehicles in its price segment. Developed under XPENG Vice President of Design Juanma Lopez, the L03 addresses the traditional trade-off between SUV coupe styling and everyday usability, combining a low and wide fastback silhouette with midsize SUV levels of passenger room, a 102-liter front trunk, a 539-liter rear luggage compartment, and 37 storage areas distributed throughout the cabin. Underpinning it all is a rear-wheel-drive electric platform powered by an LFP battery, three XPENG AI Turing chips with a combined computing power of 2,250 tera operations per second, and a 400-volt 3C fast charging system. It is offered in the Philippines in a single Long Range Ultra variant, priced at P2,058,000.
Platform, Chassis and Powertrain
The L03 is built on a rear-wheel drive electric platform using an LFP battery. Its 400-volt 3C charging system can replenish the battery from 10% to 80% in approximately 20 minutes when connected to a compatible DC fast charger under optimal conditions. WLTP-rated driving range is up to 480 km. Vehicle-to-Load capability at 230 volts and 60 Hz is also standard, allowing the L03 to power compatible appliances and equipment from its battery.
Despite its SUV coupe proportions and compact footprint designed for agility through narrow streets, tight turns, and confined parking areas, the L03's intelligent packaging maximizes the wheelbase to deliver passenger room equivalent to a midsize SUV. The rear-wheel drive layout contributes to a more engaging, driver-focused character that distinguishes it from the front-wheel drive crossovers that dominate its price segment.

The XPENG L03 Long Range Ultra is powered by three XPENG AI Turing chips with a combined computing power of 2,250 tera operations per second. Two chips are dedicated to intelligent driving functions, while the third powers the smart cabin experience. This is one of the most significant on-board computing resources available in a production vehicle at this price point, enabling a level of AI integration that extends across both the driving and cabin domains simultaneously.
The XOS 6.0 operating system serves as the central intelligence layer, connecting the 15.6-inch 2.5K central display, the 26.8-inch windshield HUD, natural voice interaction, Google Maps navigation, and all connected vehicle functions into a unified, intuitive interface. Flexible parking assistance can recognize available parking spaces without relying solely on painted lines, and can automatically execute the parking position selected by the driver.
Connected ownership is managed through the XPENG App, which links to the L03 via Bluetooth or mobile data. Through the app, owners can remotely lock and unlock doors, adjust the cabin climate, check charging progress and tire pressure, locate the vehicle using its horn and lights, and even execute remote parking assistance — maneuvering the car into or out of tight spaces from outside the cabin entirely.
Exterior
The L03's low and wide fastback form is defined by a sweeping roofline that tapers cleanly into the rear, giving it a distinctly coupe-like profile while retaining the elevated ride height and visual presence of an SUV. The design was developed under XPENG Vice President of Design Juanma Lopez, with proportions that keep the body compact and agile while maximizing interior packaging efficiency. The overall aesthetic is clean and aerodynamically oriented, consistent with XPENG's approach of integrating engineering and design intent from the ground up.
Interior
The L03's cabin is organized around 37 individual storage areas, a front trunk of 102 liters, and a rear luggage compartment of 539 liters — practical figures that belie the SUV coupe body style. The infotainment and vehicle control hub is XPENG's XOS 6.0 operating system, which integrates Google Maps, natural voice interaction, connected functions, and full vehicle controls through a 15.6-inch 2.5K central display. A 26.8-inch windshield head-up display projects key information directly into the driver's line of sight, covering navigation, speed, and driver assistance status without requiring the driver to look away from the road.
Safety
The L03's safety architecture is built around XPENG's in-house developed full-stack Advanced Driver Assistance System technology, which benefits from the same AI Turing chip computing resources that power the intelligent driving platform. The two dedicated driving AI chips enable continuous processing of sensor inputs for ADAS functions including intelligent cruise control, lane management, and the flexible parking assistance system. XPENG develops its ADAS technology, driver assistance systems, intelligent vehicle operating systems, powertrains, and electrical and electronic architecture entirely in-house, giving it direct control over the integration and ongoing development of these systems through over-the-air software updates.
