Creating a more convenient buying cycle.

As more and more Filipino’s enter the professional world each year, time is such a valuable commodity and the days of young Filipino’s being able to leisurely stroll down to their local showroom is rapidly fading away. More and more people are buying cars year in year out, but the due process of finding the information you need is arduous and troublesome, making the overall experience less than what it should be.

Through our Deal Pages and the recent launch of our interactive Car Buyers Guide, AutoDeal.com.ph has developed a less-labor intensive way for Filipino’s to set out on the journey of their next vehicle purchase, to get quick reliable information and connect easily with their local dealerships. We provide prospective buyers with the means to set appointments or book test drives that more conveniently fit into their busy schedules. By providing this service, we have given dealerships and sales agent the means to create a more professional and organised selling environment, which better serves both parties. In some cases, our partners even deliver test vehicles directly to the front door of our customers homes.

We’ve also provided prospective buyers with the means to subscribe to specific brands or vehicle models and to become notified in real time when a promotion on a vehicle of their choice begins.

In our Deal Pages, we have begun to highlight financial packages, discounts and special promotions - providing consumers with a resource to find vehicles that match their budget and to connect effortlessly with dealerships. We’ve also provided prospective buyers with the means to subscribe to specific brands or vehicle models and to become notified in real time when a promotion on a vehicle of their choice begins. Since August, we have also developed our Client-Success Team who are now calling dealerships and connecting with buyers to help make sure all concerns and questions have been answered and most importantly, to ensure buyers are getting the best possible value. 

Described below are a few features that are helping to create a more convenient buying cycle within the Philippine auto-industry.

1. Deal Pages

The Deal Pages were the first feature that launched with AutoDeal.com.ph back in April. Our goal was to create a research resource that allowed prospective buyers to find integrate details on financing packages, special promotions and discounts in real-time. We decided that the best way to do this was to work directly with the principal of every manufacturer on our website, find out their promotions and list them in detailed well designed pages. From there users were provided with several ways to connect with their closest dealerships; whether it be byindicating an interest in a special promotion using the ‘Get Deal’ function, sending an inquiry to receive further information, calling directly via smartphone to their closest dealership from our mobile website or scheduling a test-drive through our booking forms.

2. Car Guide

Creating the car-guide was a labor intensive project, but certainly well worth it. Through the provision of this resource, we’ve given prospective buyers the opportunity to get in contact with any brand nationwide, to check out detailed mechanical specifications and prices, arrange test-drives and send inquiries to their closest or most preferred dealerships. We’ve also allowed users to subscribe to specific vehicle models so they can be notified when new variants launch or when a specific promotion or finance package becomes advertised in our Deal Pages. We cover everything, from a Toyota Vios all the way to a Rolls-Royce Phantom.

If that wasn’t enough, we’ve got some really cool features coming out soon which will help provide an even better resource for car and motorcycle buyers nationwide.

3. Client-Success Team

Since August we’ve set up a Client-Success Team that is solely responsible for ensuring that the concerns of our users are met by dealerships and to improve the industry response time in getting back to our users. This is just another means of us helping to smoothen the buying cycle and ensure that Filipino’s are getting the best possible value.

4. Data

While it may no appear to be an immediate benefit to our buyers, the information that AutoDeal.com.ph is collecting allows us to bring the buying and selling communities together. We’re able to assess demand on specific vehicles, indicate areas with the best market penetration and even evaluate customer service standards. For example, we could tell you that in August 2014, the Ford EcoSport, Ford Ranger Wiltrak and Chevrolet Spin were among some of the most popular searches conducted by our users or that a particular manufacturer received the best user feedback for two months in a row. All of this and a lot lot more comes from transparent data - no speculation, no smoke, no mirrors.
