Nissan Sumulong Highway Cainta was established in January 2019 under the Autohub Group of Companies. Its facility is located along Sumulong Highway in Cainta, Rizal; near Colette's Bukopie and Pasalubong.

Standing on a 3,869-sqm lot, Nissan Sumulong Highway Cainta features a showroom that can accommodate a total of nine brand new Nissan vehicles to attract new customers. There's also a service center that can fit nine work bays, two Nissan Express Service areas, and an executive checkup bay.

For improved customer experience, the facility has a kid's area, a Nissan merchandise section, a hospitality bar, a customer lounge, and consultation areas. A parking lot is also available in front of the dealership for all Nissan customers.
