With Alfred, no weekends, no wee hours, all time is duty time. I was bugging him on 1st Nov 2021, and then I realized it was holiday in PH. He was very apologetic. I am an OFW and whenever I need some answers, he will give it to me in no time. When I tried to call him and he didn't pick up, give him 5 minutes and an email will say he's on other call and will apologize for not picking up. I started asking about Grandia, but with the same enthusiasm, we were able to close a deal on a much cheaper car Vios in less than two weeks, very dependable. After sales and car was picked up, I asked him questions and he answered as if we are still on pre-sale. All in all, process took three weeks from first question to signing up.
