Ms. Mai has been responsive and excellent since the first phone call. After a couple of attempts to purchase other brands, I asked her if she can make the best offer based on our budget. She quickly set the wheels in motion to make sure I got the deal I want. Also, I am very pleased with her customer service. Offered me anything and never let any moment dull while waiting for my unit. Considering my health condition as a stroke patient, she was very understanding and patiently assisted me since it took a while for me to finish signing all the documents needed up until I got my car.
