We were very impressed by our buying experience in Ford Otis Manila. Frej went above and beyond in assisting us. He was very responsive and helpful with all our concerns. The turnaround time was also very fast. After we test drove the FT, we decided to purchase it. Our car was released a week after. You see, we had been to three Ford dealers and considered two other brands, but Frej was the only one who made the process so easy for us. He’s too good to be true. At first, I am hesitant to go through his offer because of the distance of their branch compare to others from my location. But he’s so responsive, calls when needed, gives you the best offer and knows the details to provide to your inquiries. He really cares his clients and so hospitable specially when you meet him in person.

I inquired on Autodeal to three dealers, and only JC answered my query to the detail that I was looking for. He constantly updates me on the status, and finds way to make my purchase convenient and fast as possible. All I had to do is wait for my car to be released. Inquired around June 6, car released on June 25. Got to play with his kid to keep us entertained while he process our papers. Even made an effort to make the release extravagant with a curtain reveal and ribbon. All details explained, and though some items were not available upon release, it was managed.
