Being this is my first time trying to purchase a car, she really did accommodate me in the best possible way. She laid out all my options, very straight forward, and I really felt like we had the same goal, which is for me to get my first car. From the inquiry, to reservation, to signing, and to the release day (which there was a super extra presentation with music and performance from Ford BGC), everything was superb. Now, more than two weeks after the release of my Ford Territory, I am still able to reach Ms. Faith in case I have any questions. Highly recommended! 100/100!
