The whole process from my initial inquiry was much more convenient and MUCH FASTER than I thought it would be because of the quick turnaround and Sheryl’s timely responses, whether it was a complex question or a minor matter I just happened to be curious about as a first time buyer. I would highly recommend Sheryl and will definitely contact her again when it’s time for an upgrade.

She made the process of purchasing my car such a breeze because she was very hands on in assisting me plus, she made sure that all my queries were attended to. If there is one transaction that I’ve had in my entire existence that I can confidently say the MOST CONVENIENT, THE EASIEST AND THE FASTEST, it was with Ms. Shiela Roque of Kia Baliwag. She is so easy to deal with. Always responsive to my many queries-promptly. She made sure that everything will be smooth from sending quotation to the final step of releasing. She was the first one to reach out -not just by sending email, but personally contacting me about my inquiry. Ms. Shiela made sure that I was updated every step of the way. I never expected that I would be as fast as 5 days from submission of the requirements to the releasing of the unit but it was made possible by her efforts. Such a hassle free process! Ms. Shiela is very accommodating, helpful and patiently answered all our queries. I've had some doubts about whether I'll push thru with the purchase, but Ms. Shiela really did everything she could and I'm really thankful for that. The kiddos are very please with Stanley's service. From chosing car up to closing up the sales Stanley is there to assist. Kiddos are very please on what they bring home as a new member of the family.
