Mr. Uy is very friendly and accommodating. Just minor issues with the accessories department as they released my car with missing accessory. I only discovered that my rain visor wasn't installed when I arrived home. Apparently, there was miscommunication with a third party company that supplies Ford with accessories (which is completely unacceptable to be honest) and I can't do anything about it but to wait. Really sad.
