He guided me well every step of the process; from providing a quotation, collaborating with the bank for faster processing, up until the very moment the car was released. If there is one transaction that I’ve had in my entire existence that I can confidently say the MOST CONVENIENT, THE EASIEST AND THE FASTEST, it was with Ms. Shiela Roque of Kia Baliwag. She is so easy to deal with. Always responsive to my many queries-promptly. She made sure that everything will be smooth from sending quotation to the final step of releasing. She was the first one to reach out -not just by sending email, but personally contacting me about my inquiry. Ms. Shiela made sure that I was updated every step of the way. I never expected that I would be as fast as 5 days from submission of the requirements to the releasing of the unit but it was made possible by her efforts. Such a hassle free process!
