Cherrie was very nice and helpful. I had a smooth transaction during my purchase. She even introduced me to an agent to process my car loan because I find the other options expensive. There were only two concerns I had during my transaction with her: (1) gasoline tank was empty (not even enough to drive to the nearest station), (2) batteries of both my keys were low. After mentioning these to her, she responded by providing my needs.
