Saludo ako dito kay maam Ana.. from start until sa pag release, even after sales na assist po ako nya ng mabuti. Took its time but what's important is na release pa din yung unit.. (we are not in a hurry din naman on our end).

Kagandahan dito kay maam ay yung anong lacking or missing ako na docs or requirements ay nag poprovide po siya ng options or other equivalent alternative docs para ma push yung dream car namen.. dito palang na trait ni maam is already a win and is worth a 5 star rating.

Lahat ng transactions for preparation is done via calls, chat, sms and emails.. kaya hindi masyado hustle on going back and fort sa branch nila which is a 2 and a half hour drive pa from our place. During Release na kami pumunta in person sa branch.

She also helped me with financing, most specially on my own financing proposal which other banks or agents can't offer.

During Release my whole family traveled to Ormoc, and she and branch was really kind to offer a pick-up service from downtown going to the branch (which I did not expect, really). We were greeted with hospitality and with a smiling face on all staff, during our time sa loob ng branch, free drinks and snacks din. Heck even si kuya guard nag congratulate samen on our way out! :D

Lastly since this is my first automatic car, (I was driving a manual for 13years and never drove an automatic even once) I was briefly oriented and taught how to operate the car, which really an extra mile for her and I am really down impressed with how they treated their customers in Mitsubishi Ormoc branch and I am very much happy and contented dito ako naka purchase sa kanila.
