Jessica is a wonderful agent to work with. She has been really nice, polite, helpful and very informative about the unit that I had my eyes on. She was also unbiased when laying out the financing options that I can choose from, giving me enough information on the pros and cons of each to help me decide. Moreover, Jessica really guided me all throughout the process, and was promptly available whenever I had questions in mind (no matter how simple they were) that I wanted to be discussed over the phone. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with my first car buying experience all because of Jessica. Kudos!
