Did not push for a higher price car.
2. Easy to communicate and responsive.
3. Supported(encouraged even) our financing plan to maximize the downpayment, so that we can have lower monthly payments.
Most agents would naturally push for zero downpayment. They get more reward on this deal.

Sir Dave is very professionally warm and hospitable. He has great knowledge of what he is selling and demonstrated the unit very well. Our queries were promptly answered with accurate details of the car. We arrived from Isabela, Region 2 via bus and they fetched us from Dau; a very kind gesture. He even got a filled up gas tank approved for us. Dave and Baic Bacolor is highly commendable including the branch manager and all staff who assisted us. Highly recommended 5-star experience!
