We were very impressed by our buying experience in Ford Otis Manila. Frej went above and beyond in assisting us. He was very responsive and helpful with all our concerns. The turnaround time was also very fast. After we test drove the FT, we decided to purchase it. Our car was released a week after. You see, we had been to three Ford dealers and considered two other brands, but Frej was the only one who made the process so easy for us. Frej is very accommodating, and is patient to all my questions. He responds quickly too, and takes time to explain all the important information. He even offered to drive my car to my place after completing the sale. Outstanding sales and after-sales service.

Our first car loan experience was like a roller coaster ride. But, thanks to our hardworking, very patient, understanding and responsive sales agent, he made our first car purchase easier. Hehe.

He patiently waited for 2 months after our car loan was approved by EWB. He was very understanding and gave us the time that we needed before deciding to finally get the car. He was very courteous, responsive and flexible with our requests ( minsan kahit change color ng car, upgrade ng unit, color ng tint. No reklamo heard from him. ) He never failed to answer my calls even though its his day off or kahit na its already late.

Frej was very patient and good natured about our being undecided at the start. He gave us enough space to decide and did not push or pressure is whatsoever. He was very professional and helpful all throughout. His being accommodating paid off eventually after 2 months since our approval came out.
