In all honestly, Toyota Marikina Branch is the best Toyota dealer I have been at. They offer free coffee, biscuits, and even food. They even have a lounge area with a cafe. But best of all, the best asset it has are its employees. The security guards are very warm and welcoming and all agents are all smiles and very amiable. I had the opportunity, nay, the privilege, of working with Ms. Louise. The moment I inquired from autodeal on the quotation, she answered all my queries and was almost available 24/7. She processed my purchase smoothly. What makes its best is that there was no discrimination against cash/company p.o. purchases unlike with other dealers. After releasing the car, she even made a tutorial on the features of the car. She even took the time to demonstrate how everything worked after the car was released to me. Overall, everything was fantastic. Louise was knowledgeable of the car, was very attentive, and even went above and beyond to ensure a hassle free transaction. I highly suggest Louise as an agent and Toyota Marikina Branch as dealer.
