Mary Elizabeth Valerio did her duties well as a sales representative. She was always available to respond to my concerns throughout the buying process. It was a bit troublesome ordering the new unit since the model was recently launched and being that its a popular model, shortage in stock was expected. Still she followed through until she was able to secure one. It took a while but it was worth the wait. She even delivered the car to my house free of charge. Also Chery management was nice enough to lend a company car for my use during the waiting period which was beyond expectation. Thank you so much Beth and to Chery team…you guys are excellent!

Very efficient and understanding. I sent her a message Dec 25 and she replied in the early morning of 26th. I sent her again a message Jan 1 and even if it's a holiday she immediately replied, eventhough my purchase is not the ideal setup.
