Prior to this purchase, I have got cars from Kia, Subaru and Nissan; this by far was the best pre sales experience so far. From the test drive to actual delivery of the car, everything was managed very well by Elaine. Commnication was timely and included all relevant information everytime. All updates were shared proactively. The entire buying experience overall was made hassle free by Elaine. Highly recommended!
