Cath was very responsive and proactive, offering ways to expedite the loan process for the 2nd Everest of our family. She was also very patient with me esp during times when I wasn't in a good mood due to my busy work schedule. She could have also not offered a discount since I didn't ask for one but nonetheless she gave me some when she sent the details to the bank.
