Cath is very responsive and patience with all my inquires. She also gives me a good deal. After sales, she still continues to recommend what to buy and not to buy for car accessories. In addition she volunteer to fetch me near my home on the date of the release of the car, since I cannot drive my own car going to ford and pick up the unit. Thanks Cath and more power to you.
