Gian is very helpful. Not only did he do everything to make the purchase more convenient for me, he made sure that support is still being provided after the purchase. As a new car owner, I got into a minot accident and did not know what to do. I went to a toyota branch and I provided the insurance copy that I had. However, I was advised that what I have is a third-party insurance and not the comprehensive one. I called the insurance company on their telephone number but no one was answering. I asked Gian and what he did was he personally went to their underwriters and got me a cellphone number instead. I called the number and got a soft copy of the comprehensive insurance. That's how helpful Gian is. I never regretted my decision of purchasing my first car in Toyota. And thank you AutoDealPH for your help on letting me meet Sir Gian.
